Q: What type of material is your jewelry?

 We offer 14k Solid Gold, Gold over Stainless Steel and Gold filled jewelry.

Q: Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin? 

Most of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types. All pieces are also nickel and lead free. However, we understand everyone is different and some are more sensitive to certain jewelry than others. Each piece has the material listed in its product description. You can also refer to our Material page to learn more about the material types. 

Q: Is the jewelry non-tarnish?

Most jewelry (even solid gold) dulls its shine naturally overtime. Our gold pieces may eventually fade, however they are long lasting with the proper care and maintenance. Make sure to follow our jewelry care instructions page on how to clean and take care of your gems so you may enjoy them for as long as possible.

Q: What happens if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it? 

If you never received your package, you can submit a claim using your tracking number with USPS, our mail carrier. They can assist with any package-related information.
