FAQ

Q: What type of quality is your jewelry?

A: Gold plated, gold vermeil and gold filled jewelry

Q: What's the difference between gold plated, gold vermeil and gold filled jewelry?

A: Gold vermeil and gold filled have a thick layer of gold bonded to the base metal which allows them to last a longer time than gold plated which is dipped in a very thin layer of gold.

Q: Will your jewelry turn my skin green?

A: No. Our pieces won't leave your skin green. That happens only with low quality metals such as copper or zinc. Our pieces are either gold over stainless steel, titanium steel or gold filled over brass.

Q: Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

A: Most of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types. All pieces are also nickel and lead free. However, we understand everyone is different and some are more sensitive to certain jewelry than others. Make sure you are aware of what quality of jewelry your skin can tolerate before purchasing.

Q: Is your jewelry non-tarnish?

A: Most jewelry (even solid gold) dulls its shine naturally overtime. Our gold pieces will eventually fade, however it will take a long time for that to happen. Make sure to follow our jewelry care instructions page on how to clean and take care of your gems so you may enjoy them for as long as possible.

Q: What happens if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

A: May be lost or stolen so you would need to submit a claim using your tracking number with USPS, our mail carrier.
