Refund policy

Returns

There are currently no returns or refunds for all gold filled/plated items however, if the item was received damaged/faulty in any way or there was shipping mistake on our behalf, please take appropriate photos of the piece(s) and email us at venerarigemsinfo@gmail.com. If the return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and  instructions on how and where to send your package. 

For solid gold pieces, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we're happy to offer a refund for unworn items that are returned within 14 days of the original shipment date.

Custom items are final sale.

All returns are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.

By email, please provide Order # and the reason for your return. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve appropriately.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
